The designs they presented were sophisticated and polished and utilized math skills they were concurrently learning in order to make the patterns. Under the tutelage of local designer and Project Runway star, Laura Kathleen Baker, more than 20 students modeled stellar designs they patterned and created themselves. On Sunday, May 4, the Ritz Carlton ballroom was packed as students from the 10th-, 11th- and 12th-grade fashion programs presented the fourth-annual “Celebrating Success” fashion show.
